Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship to all address within the US (lower 48) and offer FREE shipping on orders over $100. 

Orders under $100 will incur shipping charges that will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will be received within 7 business days post processing via USPS or UPS, with most received in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation containing your Tracking Number once your order has shipped. 

 

Holiday Shipping Policy

All orders placed before December 13th will arrive in time for Christmas. 

Orders placed on or after December 16th will ship in early January.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer limited shipping outside of the USA. 

When shipping becomes available to your country, all charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, customers are responsible for all international shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (and all other fees imposed - tariffs, taxes, etc.) applied to your order. 

 

Damages During Shipping

If you believe your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@somand.com to see how we can best resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy

We offer 30-day, free returns on all items shipped within the USA. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please, return the product to us for a full refund.
Products must be unworn, in new condition, with original tags attached. International returns shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. Please see our Returns Policy Page for more information.

Ordering, Fulfillment, and Shipping

  • Order Processing: When you place an order for a product from Maiven or 10 Knots through our Site, your order details will be transmitted to the respective Third-Party Brand for processing and fulfillment.
  • Fulfillment Responsibility: Maiven and 10 Knots are solely responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, including but not limited to, inventory management, order processing, packaging, and shipping of their respective products.
  • Shipping Policies: Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times for products from Maiven and 10 Knots are determined by the respective Third-Party Brand and are subject to their individual shipping policies. We encourage you to review their shipping policies, which can be found by contacting Maiven and 10 Knots directly.
  • Fulfillment Issues: Sømand is not liable for any delays, errors, damages during shipping, or other issues related to the fulfillment or delivery of products by Maiven or 10 Knots. Any issues with order fulfillment or shipping should be directed to the relevant Third-Party Brand.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Shipping Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Shipping Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will not retro-actively change the shipping policy on an order already placed.
